Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly when you create and use an account:

• Name, mobile number, email address, and school class, provided at registration.
• Exam activity — attempts, answers, scores, and time spent — needed to show you results and track performance.
• Payment-related records for subscriptions — plan chosen, amount, order/payment IDs, and status — but not your card, UPI, or banking details, which we never see (see Section 4).
• Basic technical data such as device/browser type and IP address, collected automatically for security and to keep the Service working.

• To create and maintain your account and show you the right exams, results, and study materials for your class.
• To activate and manage your subscription and confirm payments.
• To display leaderboards and performance tracking within the Service.
• To respond when you contact support, and to send important account or service notices.
• To keep the Service secure and prevent misuse, such as detecting unauthorized access attempts.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

MCQ Master is built for school students, many of whom are under 18. We ask that students under 18 use the Service with the awareness of a parent, guardian, or their school, and that account details (such as a mobile number) belong to or are shared with that parent, guardian, or institution. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us using the details in Section 8 and we will address it, including deleting the information where appropriate.

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed and RBI-regulated payment gateway. When you pay for a plan, your card, UPI, or bank details are entered directly into Razorpay’s secure checkout and go to Razorpay, not to us or our servers. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, along with an order/payment reference we use to activate your plan.

Data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, using industry-standard access controls. Access to student data is restricted so that a student can only see their own exam attempts, results, and subscription records, enforced at the database level rather than only in the app. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We use essential cookies/local browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember an in-progress payment so it can be verified correctly even if the page is refreshed. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

• You can review and update your profile details from the Settings page at any time.
• You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to what we’re required to retain (for example, payment records for accounting purposes).
