Terms of Service

MCQ Master is an online MCQ exam-practice platform for school students, offering exams, results, performance tracking, and (on the Study Pass plan) study materials, organized by class and subject.

• You must provide accurate information when registering, including your name, mobile number, and class.
• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
• One account is for one student’s personal use; accounts may not be shared or transferred.

Certain content — including MCQ exams and (on Study Pass) study materials — requires an active paid plan. Current plans, features, and pricing are always shown on the Subscription page at the time of purchase; as of this writing, they are:

• MCQ Pass — ₹9 for 30 days of access to all MCQ exams, subjects, and classes, with results and performance tracking.
• Study Pass — ₹99 for 30 days, including everything in MCQ Pass plus class notes, study materials, previous year questions, chapter PDFs, important questions, and practice sets.

Plans are valid for 30 days from activation and do not auto-renew — no recurring charge is set up, and you choose whether to purchase again after a plan expires. Payments are processed by Razorpay; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds work.

While using the Service, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access another student’s account, results, or subscription.
• Try to bypass subscription checks or access paid content without an active plan.
• Copy, redistribute, or resell exam content or study materials outside the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape content or interfere with the exam timer or scoring.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Exam questions, study materials, and other content on the Service belong to The Knowledge Hub or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access this content for your own learning while your plan is active — it does not transfer ownership of any content to you.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including attempts to bypass payment or access controls. You may stop using the Service at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to an active plan if you do.

The Service is provided “as is”. While we work to keep exams, results, and content accurate and the Service available, we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Odisha.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
